2017年から始まった天草陶磁振興協議会による天草珈琲の器プロジェクト（アマクサコーヒーノキプロジェクト）。
陶磁器の品質向上、制作に取り組み、2020年には天草の7つの窯元からなる陶磁器ブランド「珈琲の器Amacusa」が誕生した。それに伴い赤い月珈琲ではプロジェクトのアドバイザーも務める佐野俊郎氏監修のもと、天草陶磁器の珈琲カップをイメージした二種類のオリジナルブレンドを新しく製作。
