三日月ブレンドはフルーツを思わせる香りと酸味が特徴の中煎り

赤い月珈琲の製品は、知るひとぞ知るコーヒーの有名店『熊日倶楽部』(熊本県熊本市)マネージャー佐野俊郎氏の監修。
より美味しい珈琲となるように、ピッキングを自社で再度行うところもこだわりのひとつである。
また、焙煎は産地の特徴を最大限に生かした時間と温度管理を徹底している。
直営店では煎りたての豆の香ばしい香りともに、珈琲豆が「パチパチッ」と弾ける音もまたおいしさに拍車をかけている。
飲食店に合わせたオリジナルブレンドの開発も赤い月珈琲の特徴のひとつ。
